Plantation program at The Heritage School
Forests are vanishing worldwide and temperature is rising. Our existence is at stake and politicians and policy makers are indifferent. So, students have become the leaders and now it's time for the leaders to become students! In protest of the worldwide destruction of nature the students of The Heritage School chose to wear black. WISH Foundation spread green in the school premises as ten saplings of native fruit bearing trees were planted there. The respected enthusiastic principal Madam Seema Sapru inaugurated the program by planting the first sapling and the students followed the way. Five students were selected as custodians of another five saplings which they took home with them. The talks by students and the panel discussion was an eye-opener for all. Our sincere thanks to Trina Ma'am, the management of The Heritage School, respected Principal Ma'am.
